Story. In late 2020, CIC Health was scaling rapidly, operating multiple COVID testing sites across the Northeast with mass vaccination programs on the horizon. The challenge: build public trust while communicating critical, time-sensitive information to diverse communities during a national crisis.
Approach. We established a bold social media identity across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, combining organic storytelling with strategic paid campaigns. I managed daily community engagement and addressed urgent crisis communications. With a paid media budget of $50K+, we drove awareness and trust around mass testing and vaccination sites. The program reached over 1.3M organic impressions, positioning CIC Health as a reliable partner during one of the most critical public health efforts in U.S. history.
