Project. Creating content for a highly regulated financial institution posed challenges. Bank of America wanted to build trust and show—not just tell—its commitment to consumers, communities, and employees.
Approach. To strengthen internal culture and external advocacy, we encouraged the adoption of Dynamic Signal (now Firstup), enabling hundreds of employees to share stories about corporate social responsibility and volunteerism. Since 2019, we’ve also built a robust influencer marketing program, spotlighting Bank of America’s Community Homeownership and Preferred Rewards programs.
